A manual process soon runs into problems as the numbers scale.
The Axiros AXESS>ACS (Auto configuration Server) helps fix this issue.
AXESS.ACS enables Full end-to-end CPE management and with its powerful API, it can be fully integrated into any Operational Support System (OSS) to completely automate the entire Subscriber Service activation process.
Achieve the expected level of customer experience demanded by subscribers today while decreasing operational costs.
Benefits

Effortless Installation
Greatly enhanced customer-experience, no complex or stressful installation processes needed to be performed by the subscriber.

Faster Deployment
Streamlined fulfilment process for minimised service deployment turnaround time.

Error-Free Automation
Automated Zero-Touch service provisioning eliminates human-error and negates the need for human intervention, reducing labour cost.

Cost Efficiency
Reduce cost by eliminating the need for a technician to be involved in the setup process.

Seamless Scalability
The solution scales well, provision thousands of new subscriber devices or services daily with no increase in operational cost.
How Does it Work?

The CPE is connected to the ACS via a pre-defined URL. The URL is obtained either as default setting from the factory/device vendor, provided via DHCP option 43, automatic re-direct service or reworked by device vendor.
The CPE securely contacts the ACS via the TR-069/TR-369 protocol, identifying itself and requesting any instructions or services to provision.
The ACS confirms identity of the CPE and links the CPE to an ordered subscription, thereafter pushing down the specific subscriber’s service settings (like usernames, passwords, IP Addresses).
The CPE is setup with ordered services with no intervention from the subscriber or service provider staff. Quick, Easy, Painless.
Features
Unified Control
Represents an abstraction layer, as it performs the translation between your single OSS (command source) and any CPE vendor brand/device model that supports the standardised protocols.
Vendor Freedom
Being standards-based & vendor/brand agnostic prevents CPE vendor lock-in and allows the ISP to be agile and free in its CPE procurement decision-making.
Seamless Integration
API integration allows for provisioning action to be executed directly from our OSS/BSS, while receiving confirmations from the ACS.
Flexible Configuration
Setup and manage any parameter, for example: PPPoE credentials, WiFi credentials, VPNs, port-forwarding, etc.
Precise Execution
Templated services ensure precise execution, first time, everytime.
Mass Management
Powerful campaign manager lets you address multiple CPEs using mass-actions.
Case Studies

Telcos
Case Study
Telecommunication companies (Telcos) use technologies like TR-069/TR-369 to effectively monitor and manage devices within their networks. Automation enhances operational efficiency by reducing the need for manual intervention, leading to cost savings and improved service delivery.
The advanced management tools provide Telcos with valuable insights into network performance and usage patterns, enabling continuous optimisation. By leveraging TR-069/TR-369, Telcos can ensure high network uptime and resilience, delivering a superior customer experience with consistent, high-quality service.

ISPs/WISPs
Case Study
Internet service providers (ISPs) and Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISP) leverage TR-069/TR-369 to provision, monitor and manage customer CPEs, reducing operational costs and enhancing the customer experience.
A TR-069/TR-369 server enables ISPs/WISPs to configure and manage remote devices centrally, eliminating the need for on-site manual intervention and streamlining the customer-support process. With these robust diagnostic tools, ISPs/WISPs can quickly identify and resolve network infrastructure issues, ensuring smoother operations and improved service reliability.
